1. Equipment cleaning
1compressor unit
(1) Clean the surface dust of the compressor unit once a day.
(2) Clean the oil stains on the surface of the unit with detergent.
(3) The compressor water ditch is flushed once a day.
(4) Find the source of oil stains and record them.
2Pump set
(1) Clean the surface of the water pump once a day.
(2) The water pump ditch is flushed once a day.
The data of the refrigeration compressor is recorded in a special table every 2 hours every day.
(1) The paint on the surface of each system equipment is peeled off or corroded, please make up the paint in time.
(2) If the screws of each system equipment are missing, please make up for them.
(3) The oil in the water pump tank is low, please add it.
(4) There is noise in the motor bearing, please add a little butter.
(5) There is dust on the surface of the cooling tower, please clean it.
(6) The insulation layer of the refrigeration pipe is broken, please repair it.
(1) Check whether the oil level of the compressor is at 1/2.
(2) Please observe the high and low pressure and temperature of the compressor.
(3) Whether there is oil leakage from the oil pipe of the compressor, please record the oil leakage.
(4) Whether there is oil leakage at the joints of the refrigeration system, please record the oil leakage.
(5) Please observe the compressor voltage and current.
1Cooling water pump set
(1) Whether there is water leakage at the shaft seal of the water pump, if there is water leakage, please repair it.
(2) When the noise of the pump motor appears, first check the source of the noise and repair it.
(3) The running current and voltage of the pump motor should be observed.
(4) Check whether there is water leakage in the joints of the cooling water pipe. If there is, please report it before maintenance.
2Cooling Tower
(1) Whether the cooling tower screws are loose.
(2) Whether the cooling tower chassis is leaking.
(3) Check whether the filter material of the cooling tower is dirty.
3cooling tower fan
(1) Observe the operating voltage and current.
(2) The running noise should be heard to see if it is normal.
(3) Whether the water is evenly sprayed.
(4) Whether the fan impeller is loose.
(5) Check whether the water spray pipe is loose, and whether the pull line of the water spray pipe is loose.
(6) Check whether the water outlet of the shower pipe is blocked by dirt.
4Evaporator fan
(1) The operating voltage and current should be observed.
(2) Please listen to the sound of the fan running.
(3) Whether the condensate pipe is dripping, please repair it.
(1) Whether there is oil leakage at each joint of the refrigeration pipeline, please record it first, and then report it for maintenance.
(2) Whether the solenoid valve is in good condition.
(3) Whether the expansion valve is working properly.
(4) The insulation of the refrigeration pipes should be kept in good condition.
(1) The insulation of the refrigeration pipe is broken, and the insulation material should be used for new insulation.
(2) There is oil leakage in the refrigeration pipeline, which means there is leakage in the refrigeration pipeline. First use a leak detector to find the area, and the leak point is where the foaming area of the pipe and pipe joints is coated with the detergent solution.
(1) Check whether the cooling water pipe and the water pipe joint are leaking.
(2) Check whether the pressure gauge switch is leaking.
(3) Check whether the root of the flow switch is leaking.
(4) Check whether the glass of the pressure instrument panel is broken and whether the indication is correct.
(5) Check whether the root of the temperature sensor leaks.
Water leaks at cooling water pipes and water pipe joints
(1) Pressure welding
(2) Welding without water
(3) Upper clamp
(1) Measure voltage and current.
(2) smell
(3) Look at the color of the thread or thread
(4) Whether the pulling wire is loose
(5) Measure resistance
(6) Clean the dust and small dirt in the electric control box.
(1) If there is any discoloration of the air switch pile head, it is necessary to measure its contact resistance. If the contact resistance does not have a value of 1 ohm, repair the air switch or replace the air switch.
(2) If the contact surface of the contactor pile head is lost, it is necessary to repair the contactor pile head and smooth it with a hardware file. Or replace the contactor.
(3) The relay should be replaced as long as the small pile head of the relay has a fire phenomenon.
(4) When the insulation resistance of the motor is measured below 1MΩ, it is necessary to pour insulating paint.
(1) Check whether the evaporator case vibrates and find out the cause of the vibration.
(2) Is there any abnormal noise from the evaporator fan?
(3) Whether the evaporator fan has a burning smell.
(4) Whether there is dripping water in the condensate pipe
(5) Whether there is oil foam in the evaporator water pan.
(1) Whether there is vibration in the evaporator case, if there is vibration, tighten the screws.
(2) Abnormal sound of evaporator fan:
a. The fan screw is loose, the fan blade is wiped, adjust the fan position and then tighten the screw.
b. The fan bearing is short of oil, add butter or replace the bearing.
(3) The evaporator fan has a burnt smell. Measure the resistance of the motor, if it is within the standard of use, it is necessary to do insulation treatment or replace the motor.
(4) If there is any dripping in the condensate water pipe, repair or replace the water pipe immediately.
(5) If there is oil foam in the evaporator water tray, use detergent to catch the leak immediately, report the leak point immediately and start repairing.
1electric motor
Motor faults are divided into winding open circuit, winding ground connection, interphase short circuit, bearing damage and stuck.
(1) The bearing is stuck: as long as the motor casing is removed, the damaged part of the bearing can be seen, and the bearing can be replaced.
(2) The motor winding is broken: use a multimeter or a megohmmeter to detect its three-phase resistance as long as there is a phase resistance value of ∞, the surface winding is broken.
(3) The motor winding is connected to the ground: as long as a multimeter or a megohmmeter is used to detect its three-phase resistance, as long as one phase resistance is connected to the casing, and the value is 0 to several thousand ohms, it means that the winding is connected to the ground.
(4) Phase-to-phase short-circuit of the motor winding: Please disassemble the six wires in the motor junction box. As long as the three-phase resistance is detected by a multimeter or a megohmmeter, as long as any two-phase resistance value is 0 to several thousand ohms, it means that the winding is short-circuited between phases.
2refrigerant filter
Because the original cleaning work was not done well in the system, a lot of dirt was not removed. After several hours of operation, the dirt gradually accumulated in the filter, so that most of the meshes on the filter screen were blocked, and the refrigerant passed through. The resistance of the filter is very large, and the flow rate is reduced, resulting in insufficient cooling capacity of the refrigerant.
The first reflection is that the suction pressure is lower than the normal value. Even if the expansion valve hole is enlarged, the suction pressure cannot be increased, and the exhaust pressure is also low. Secondly, there is also an obvious phenomenon that dew will condense on the surface of the filter housing, or the temperature of the housing is lower than the ambient temperature (normally it should be higher than the ambient temperature), when the filter screen is seriously blocked, the surface of the housing White frost will occur. From the above two abnormal phenomena, it is enough to judge that the filter has been blocked and not smooth.
