Refrigeration capacity calculation formula of cold storage
The formula for calculating the cooling capacity of a normal high temperature cold storage is:
Cold storage volume × 90 × 1.16 + positive deviation, the positive deviation is determined according to the condensation temperature of the frozen or refrigerated items, the storage volume, and the frequency of goods entering and leaving the warehouse, and the range is between 100-400W;
The formula for calculating the cooling capacity of a medium temperature cold storage is:
Cold storage volume × 95 × 1.16 + positive deviation, the range of positive deviation is between 200-600W;
The formula for calculating the cooling capacity of the low-temperature cold storage compressor unit is:
Cold storage volume × 110 × 1.2 + positive deviation, the range of positive deviation is 300-800W
Calculation method of fan matching
1. The air cooler matched with the refrigerated cold storage: see the details. The load per cubic meter is calculated as W0=75W/m3.
1 If V (cold storage volume) < 30m3, the cold storage with frequent opening times, such as fresh meat storage, multiply the coefficient A=1.2;
2 If 30m3≤V<100m3, the cold storage with frequent opening times, such as fresh meat storage, multiply the coefficient A=1.1;
3 If V≥100m3, the cold storage with frequent opening times, such as fresh meat storage, multiply the coefficient A=1.0;
4 If it is a single refrigerator, multiply the coefficient B=1.1. The final cold storage air cooler is selected according to W=A*B*W0 (W is the air cooler load);
5 The matching of the refrigeration unit and the cooling fan in the cold storage is calculated according to the evaporating temperature of -10oC.
2. The cooling fan matched with the refrigerated cold storage: the load per cubic meter is calculated according to W0=70W/m3.
1 If V (cold storage volume) < 30m3, the cold storage with frequent opening times, such as fresh meat storage, multiply the coefficient A=1.2;
2 If 30m3≤V<100m3, the cold storage with frequent opening times, such as fresh meat storage, multiply the coefficient A=1.1;

4 If it is a single freezer, multiply the coefficient B=1.1 The final cooling fan selection of the cold storage is W=A*B*W0 (W is the cooling fan load)
5 When the cold storage and the low temperature cabinet share the refrigeration unit, the matching of the unit and the air cooler shall be calculated according to the evaporating temperature of -35oC. When the cold storage is separated from the low temperature cabinet, the matching of the refrigeration unit and the cooling fan of the cold storage is calculated according to the evaporating temperature of -30oC.
3. The matching air cooler in the cold storage processing room: the load per cubic meter is calculated according to W0=110W/m3.
1 If V (volume of processing room) < 50m3, multiply the coefficient A=1.1;
2 If V≥50m3, multiply the coefficient A=1.0. The final cold storage cooling fan selection is W=A*W0 (W is the cooling fan load);
3 When the processing room and the medium temperature cabinet share the refrigeration unit, the matching of the unit and the cooling fan is calculated according to the evaporating temperature of -10oC. When the processing room is separated from the medium temperature cabinet, the matching of the cold storage unit and the cooling fan shall be calculated according to the evaporating temperature of 0oC.
