Direct cooling ice block machine using the industry leading technology, through the refrigerant gas and water direct heat exchange, after a period of time water in the water tank eventually frozen into ice, then the control system will automatically turn to ice-shedding, which applied to hot fluorine ice-shedding, this kind way to ice-shedding become more fast. Aluminum plate material evaporator using special process to ensure that the block ice meet food demands, block ice can be eaten directly. In addition, compare to the traditional brine ice making system, the unique modular design to make ice block machine occupied much less area, saving manpower and electricity.
